Are you taking new patients?
Most of the time, there are no new patient spots available.  You can still check with us to see.   We don't keep waiting lists.

How do I pay for in-person services that aren't covered by OHIP?
You pay by cash, cheque, or credit card at the time of your visit. 

How do I pay for remote services that aren't covered by OHIP?
You must pay by credit card or e-transfer.  In most cases you pay at the time of request after getting a price quote.

What is your pricing for services that aren't covered by OHIP?
We don't post pricing online.   Pricing subject to change without advance notice.   If we've quoted you by email within 30 days of your visit we will honor that price if the service(s) performed are the same as quoted. 

Do I need to book an appointment to re-fill my medications?
Yes, it is important for the doctor to see you and re-assess your condition before re-filling your prescription.

Does the office offer any walk-in hours?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any walk-in hours at our clinic.

How long is the wait for an appointment with a specialist?
Referrals are triaged as urgent, priority & routine to help inform the specialist's office as to the urgency of the consultation. Please contact our office if you haven't heard back from us regarding a referral appointment.

Are all wart treatments covered by OHIP?
Only plantar and genital warts are covered by OHIP. Other treatments will be subject to charge, which is payed for by the patient.

Do you offer travel medicine at your office?
We are not a travel medicine clinic. We offer limited advice on this topic. Travel medicine advice is not an OHIP-covered service and is subject to charge, which is paid for by the patient.

Why do I need to bring my OHIP card to every visit?
OHIP requires you to show your OHIP card at each visit to make sure it is still valid.

What is your appointment cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice for cancellations. The fees for missed appointments are $25 for short appointments and $75 for long ones.
